My interest in real estate started years ago. After graduating from college with a degree in Construction Engineering I went to work for a large national home builder as a land development superintendent. I also gained a lot of knowledge about home construction while working on the development side. After parting ways with the home building industry I went to work in commercial construction where I learned about large scale building and concrete structures. Through my construction experience I was able to gain valuable knowledge about real estate as well; including feasibility, construction standards and practices, and property values.
Throughout my construction career I was always drawn towards the sales side of real estate and would find myself spending a lot of time in the sales office and learning about real estate transactions. Naturally I started transitioning from the construction side over to real estate and first started by managing investment funds where I raised money and bought and sold property. I still participate and manage some of these funds but I have found that helping people buy real estate is my true passion, so that is where I focus my energy.
